It's just not a big deal to me because I really love her and don't care about that trivial stuff that she's so concerned about lol. We've been together for so long at this point & I'm surprised she still goes out of her way to hide her bathroom habits from me. How do I get her to forgive me and stop feeling embarrassed? I already reassured her that I don't care about bodily functions and nothing she does grosses me out. I knew she wouldn't do that sort of thing in front of me on her own so that's why I kind of forced it to happen lol :P I had no idea she would get that embarrassed & cry about it & I honestly feel bad. I know it was a stupid prank but I just thought it would be funny because I've never heard her fart or use the bathroom and I wanted to get her comfortable lol. She's still pissed at me for being irresponsible and I'm trying to make it up to her in a major way but need some ideas. So my girlfriend posted about the laxative prank I pulled on her and I need some advice. I love that moment when I glimpse a bit of silver and realise that was a damned good hiding place. Refuse to help them in their time of need: Again, this depends on if you are still on good terms with the person who wronged you. Sometimes it’s so long that we both forget where it’s hidden (it’s been about a year and a half since I’ve seen it now). Sometimes it’s found within days, sometimes it takes months. It’s been behind the sink, in a winter coat that has been stored away over the summer, in a first-aid kit, at the back of the fridge, inside a teddy bear… you name it. It’s followed us through three house moves, and has even gone abroad with us. It now gets hidden in increasingly unusual places, and the deal is that when you find it, you have to hide it again for the other person to find (without saying you found it). One day, one of us decided to hide it somewhere the other would find it (like under a cushion), and that was it - the game was on. We both loved how hideously tasteless it was. Not quite the same thing, but about fifteen years ago my wife and I acquired a silver statuette of two mating tortoises from… somewhere, I forget where.

I’ll update again with how it went in about 12 hours! She had two long days at work so I didn’t want to add to it which is why there was a delay. I think it’s the closest to what she did to me and the easiest to pull off. She generally doesn’t enjoy pranks which is why the one she did was so fun to me and I’m excited to give her that same bit of joy I had! Tonight is the night! I’ve decided to go with the dry pasta/back crack. Want to clarify one thing: the “pranks phase” was said tongue in cheek to her to get a rise out of her, there will be no actual pranks phase - I’m going to do this one and that will be it. Thank you to everyone for your ideas, at their best they were great ideas I considered and at their worst they were hilarious, outlandish, and fun to read.
